Hi,
I use david with logitech pro 9000 without any problem but it don't see eos 550d.
I use david 32 bit.
Anyone use same OS and eos 550d?
Any advice?

Hi
For WIN 8.1 you need to download and install direct x 9.29.1974.
After installing this package you can use canon eos cameras in win 8.1 by david laser scanner.

thank you for your reply.
I tried to install directx but problem is still present.
With both notebook and desktop i can't use eos 550d correctly.
Some details:
with my notebook i have this problem without directx installed and with eos utility installed.

i had same problem with desktop but after eos utility installation there's no way to see camera.
