I need to buy a Camera for my scanner, and i thought to buy the DAVID-CAM-3-M.
For other used, I want to know if this camera is conciderated as a webcam by the PC or not.

@ Christian: I have similar camera, and because it works with same drivers that so many software use, it works also as webcam, but with higher resolution. Tested succesfully with Skype, Microsoft MovieMaker, QQ.

do you got confirmed informations if the david-cam-3-m also works with flexscan3d?
Compatibility up to which version?
If i got it right- flexscan started in the the early phase supporting dslr and videocameras
in the current version 3.2 the support is reduced to pt. Grey camera.
uEye camera support was until 3.1
