Hi Tibor,

This scanner is based on the googlecode Structured light project's code.
http://code.google.com/p/structured-light/
Most of the code was done by Kyle Mc Donald. I posted some code there too and I´m still working with that code
All started with MM_Alex in our forum. Does anyone remember?

Kyle is very interested in real time scanning. And this is the direction that software tends too.
Till now, there´s no calibration at all. But you can get real cool artistic stuff out of that software.

eg:

(but I doubt this was done with a pico projector as in the makerbot)

This looks awesome! Has anyone built it yet or know what would be the best webcam for this?
