David-Camera-3.1M can not be identified!

Hello there,
Microsoft Windows 10, 1607 update installed on my system. "David-Camera-3.1M" Although defined in the system, can not be identified by David 3D Scanner Pro and The camera is not selected, and before scanning, scan the calibration gives the structure of the warning message.
What could be the reason for this. "David-Camera-3.1M" drivers have been identified to date and the correct camera driver version
screenshots on the subject is attached.
I would appreciate if you could help in the solution. This is David 3D SLS-2 update with new windows, to use my system, what should I do?

Hi Ali Osman,

have you tried to reconnect the cam (unplug, plug in), test the other USB ports please, try to ser power plan in windows to high performance.
If that doesn't help please go to help menu and click on "create support request" and send it to DAVID. Email address is sent to you in private message.
