made a few changes

I just made a couple of changes that I hope someone else will find useful. I went back to my D-link Webcam and stopped using my Labtec. I am receiving a lot fewer crashes. And now that I know that I can save my alignments as I go along the infrequent crashes is not much of a frustration now. I was using a calibration grid at a 27mm scale but I enlarged it to 39mm scale and the details of my scans are much finer. I can’t believe the precision I am receiving. I scanned a 2 ½ inch sports car that had a tiny muffler and exhaust pipes on the bottom and David picked them up with nice detail.

I hope this helps someone.
