still not very good at this but here's a quick pic

render in blender the torso mesh is atm ca 400 triangles compared with 60k of the scaned mesh, but as you can see it's looking good, i've done the right arm as well, atm trying to do the legs but the pose is causing me some problems.
see-ing as this will be a game mesh i'm looking to get to 7k tri's which will give me some leeway to add bits on.

and yes Hal when i have the mesh done i'll upload it complete with textures :)

I'm waiting for the new optic for the video projector (thanks a lot Walter) and I will post a the new scan with david to
compare...

Hey Mattia...
Yes.. it is exactly what I want to do to see the difference.. I'm just waiting for my new optic to get a closer view with the videoprojector...

the mesh still needs hands which i'll have to model myself but atm it has only ca 4,600 triangles

I've attached the low-res mesh as obj and blender file the rar also includes 4x512 textures (2 diffuse & 2 normal maps)

please don't use this mesh for any projects without asking first cheers geodav
