Hello, searching in the forum, you can check the user fisa's posts, he had that webcam. Please check also the opinion of Idea Beans user, that isn't happy with that hardware. Please check also users Saulius L and helix_3.
I suggest to give a try to searching forum function, that alwasy give help.

Hi, i have two c920 with c mount lens pentax ( fenomenal clnes ) with a case that i build with 3d printer . if you want, i could sell you two or one camera.

Another thing, i have buy the article that you posted, i had some problems with the solder unit; it is complicated....
