Warning about latest Logitech drivers

Is that possible to provide us a driver like these old ones for C525 also?

Hi Argo,
It seems to me that Logitech drivers are all the same for all webcam models. Please try the Pro9000 driver.

Also, the latest versions from Logitech seem to work fine too. I still think the old ones are better, but you can work with the new drivers too.

Thanks for the reply.
I tried the pro9000 driver. It has problem with exposure time.
anyway the new version is ok but just cant get the 1280*720 resolution. the only possible resolutions are (960*720 - 800*600 - and lowers)
even with the old version i could not able to get other resolutions.
maybe 960*720 is the maximum resolution for C525 i guess.

I have a Logitech C920 and while it works (although not well) with the new drivers, it will not work in David with the old ones. So I'm either left with satisfactory scans or shop for another camera. Thoughts?
