Turntable Preset

I noticed on the UI that you can choose from various types of hardware setups. One that I would like to see is a stationary vertical line laser, and the object on a Lazy Susan turntable. The calibration would work as before (you can choose between horizontal or vertical camera position for tall objects), only instead of a stationary object with a horizontal laser being moved up and down, the line laser is turned vertical (aligned by T-square via the turntable) and the object placed on the turntable and capturing through a very slow, clockwise rotation. (either by hand or slow geared motor). That would be great!

The turntable would have to turn at know rate or know position for the software to produce a accurate result. You could probably do the some thing by using the align Y-axis feature with a very small angle.
