Align ???!!

Postby Iliotério » Tue Dec 16, 2014 2:17 pm

Hello guys,

After making the total scan, I note that the last scan does not fit with the first, already tried with other pieces, but the result is always the same.
Always do Align to previews scan..

Can anyone help me?

Thanks.

have you tried fine pairwise alignment on each pair after your free alignment you may have small errors that add up to a big one at the end or try aligning again in reverse order, some times works out better,

I normally hide all the scans except the ones I'm working with in fine alignment, if it does not look right try contact pairs then fine alignment then global to finish

as it looks like you have a turntable if you know the degrees then try around Y axis rotation angle,

hope that helps

p.s I would try a bigger angle than 10° on your camera David recommend 22°
