Postby hunkatibor2 » Thu Aug 15, 2013 2:38 pm

Hi Davidias
Without them, the finished panel digitizer. The laser stepper motor moves a 64: 1 reduction gearing cross. The calibration panel glass glued. The panel moved back on track mount a back-handed. When digitizer black canvas unrolled.
Made from a hand-operated two-axis rotation.

Hi Davidias
Brick work in offline mode now. Calibration panel I managed to accurately draw up the new adhesive technology.
Returning a fault line which is marked in red in the picture,
I do not know what the reason is, we are looking at together.

Tibor,
I see you have Mach3 software. I don't know what you run with it, but one idea is to use it to make plotting pen. If you have CNC Router with bed large enough, you can use "sharpie" black marker to draw panels onto paper or other flat substrate. No adhesive needed. This is just an idea in case you have not thought it.

Hi Bobby
Now assembled intact. The panel is certainly accurate.
I was visiting professional printing company.
Mach3 topics interest you?

Hi
Developments in the Basler camera. All software is re-installed it and lo and behold the jumping eliminated. But the remaining faulty line which is repeated rhythmically. Remained a source of error in the stepper motor which hit along the axis.

Hi Sven
Experimenting is all about. Win7 32-bit machine running Mach3 and David Basler camera.
Motor digitization. Panels without David Start the examination, then paused. The image received from the number 1.
Second attempt. Win732 bit and David Basler camera. Pc another WinXP 32 bit and the same version of Mach3.
. Launch your examination, then paused. The image received from the No. 2.
Tibor

My question is what causes the broken lines???

Hi Tibor,
Sorry I have no idea.
Second attempt. Win732 bit and David Basler camera. Pc another WinXP 32 bit and the same version of Mach3.

What does that mean? Win7 or WinXP? Anyway it should be the same with both.
I can only assume that there are some "hiccups" in the mechanics or in the computer system...

We have no experience with Basler cameras. Maybe they cause some trouble?
