I so just dl the free version. and i wanted to give this a try. Im hoping someone can help me out a little.

I was doing some scans however i was picking up lots of background noise (like the calibration sheet behind my object). and very little of the object.

What are some pointers that i can try to achieve a better scan.

Im using a logitech C270 cam, an laser level (just for trial purposes) I tried to scan dull black objects, and shiny ones. both when it was dark in the room.

Thanks
baum

Don't start scanning of black nor shiny objects. Scan something which has a matt bright surface. Not of plastic or wax. Move the laser line very slowly.

And then please post a screen shot of the result.
