Looking for someone to help me with a scan

Postby andymation » Wed Dec 08, 2010 8:14 pm

I just discovered DLS couple days ago, and I am completely amazed.
I am now planning to build a scanner myself, however I am looking for a quick solution in the meantime.

I have a 1:18 scale model car that I need to have scanned, with high detail.
If any of you are willing to help... If I mailed you the car, would anyone be willing to scan it for me? I would pay you of course.

I would love to do it myself, but at the moment I'm just short on spare time.
(I hope this is an appropriate request. Thanks)
Andy

Hello,

I'm glad to help you for a reasonable price (we can continue this discussion in p.m.).
Could be nice to have a better idea about the object if you post an image or a link to an image.

Regards,
Mattia

Send me a photo of the object and I can quote you. I am located in the north east so domestic shipping will be easy. You can check out my scan work at the link below. I am also adding lots of info about building scanners on my site.
