Might be a problem of the USB controller which is overloaded doing input (cam) and output (stepper control) at the same time:

Most PCs ship with two USB controllers (should be listed in the Device Manager).
Try to plug one device (Basler input or Mach3 output) into another USB plug in.

Hi Tibor,

forget my stupid post above.
I missed the fact that your Basler uses firewire.
I missed the fact that Mach3 communicates via parallel
The USB contoller thing is nonsense.

But to to track down your problem:
Does the laserline jump too if Mach3 isn't active?

Hi
I went back to the panel digitization. The stepper motor is driven by a second my PC. I do not understand why I can not set the exposure value?

Mach3 off. A friend suggests the video card change, in his opinion the cause of jumping when it is overloaded.

Hi
The light at the end of the tunnel. I managed to compare the two cameras. Basler and LifeCamCinemaDob. The image speaks for the more detailed the better Basler.

Hi
I go very slowly to get to know the Basler camera. I do not know of orange skin waived, only mitigated. Green in color with the examination began, the last of terracotta.

HI
Incurred by the task of fixing a washing machine motor. Scan phases.
This is only test. You'll be drawn in Blender B surface.
