Actually their are two optics involved one for camera and one for projector. The camera calibration seems good as David team have good experience in calculating the distortions etc but the calibration of the projector seems not perfect.. My scanning rig is sturdy and perfect. When i scan multiple shots at same location, all the scan merged pixel by pixel perfectly. But when i rotate or move the object to scan the deformation seems visible. I dont know why and how can this be avoided?
