Side note, the lens and mount and camera assembly make for a perfect combination with the Acer K132. I had a local machinist who is also a friend construct for me a tripod mount that attaches to the lens barrel. The Logitech Pro 9000 circuit board is bare-naked and unsupported other than by the CS mount and is quite stable. When/if I get my 3d printer, I'll construct an enclosure.

If someone else uses this lens or one with similar dimensions, 1.26 " ID, and desires to have a tripod mount of this design, I have two "spares" I'm willing to part with. If there is a high enough demand (unlikely), the machinist can create a small production run.
