Hardware Signatures

Postby MagWeb » Sat Apr 23, 2011 10:20 pm

Hi Betas,

maybe it´s some help for S&S to describe the hardware you are working with.

So please leave your hardware footprint here:

OS?
CPU ?
GPU ?
RAM ?
CAM ?
......
to be completed...

Think this should be sticky.

Hello,
I can test the beta version on three systems:
1. Windows 7, Desktop, Intel Core 2 Quad 2.5 GHz, 4GByte RAM, ATI Radeon HD5750 with 1 GByte graphic memory, Logitech Quickcam Pro for Notebooks;
2. Windows XP SP3, Laptop Acer Extensa, Intel Core 2 Duo 1.8 GHz, 2GByte RAM, Intel GMA X3100 (shared memory), Logitech Quickcam Pro for Notebooks;
3. Windows XP SP3, Desktop, AMD Atzhlon64 3200+ 2 GHz, 2 GByte RAM, MSI Radeon R4350 with 512 MByte graphic memory, Logitech Quickcam Sphere AF.
For scanning, unil now I mainly used the system 2 (Laptop), to fuse the meshes, I mainly used system 1 because it is faster under Windows 7 (64 bit).
Best regards,
Erhard
