mr David :) because you do not produce panels of individual calibration from 60 mm or 30 mm would find them very comfortable for customized solutions

thank you

I have lasered out several panels from 300mm down to 30mm. i will shoot some pictures as soon as i build the structures for these panels.
If i was to sell the 300 mm panels they would be around 170-200 for the set. the material is from a white cast acrylic.
I currently made a base and wall frame that is exactly 90 degrees. using precision angle and lazer.
I confirmed it with a scan to make sure everything was accurate then i scanned an object with known dimensions and checked the accuracy afterward. i am impressed with how well the project worked.
Camera's: Canon eos t3i, 2x c615 webcams
150 mm calibration panel commonly used
acer k135 Projector/ infocus trial projector
Process computer: i7- 8 core processor, 128g ram, nvidia 6000

i had a sign shop made me one with composite aluminum backing (1/4" thick) to make it for around the $300 canadian. This is on a 40cm scale on a 31" square so you may have to sweet talk the sign shop to get you a nice deal, also since it's b/w it's wouldn't cost as much.... Mine has a flat finish so it doesn't reflect too much light but i kind of wish i used a shade grey for the dots.
