Hi

When I'm scanning a colour object and want to keep the texture, I'm finding that the colours aren't matched well over the number of scans, so there are changes of tint/obvious banding in the texture. Is this par for the course or is there something I should be doing to get a nice uniform colour texture?

Can you post any scan our just the texture. It depends heavily on the light conditions, shaded areas are bad. For perfect texture try to use lightbox or the color camera.

I noticed a bad change from 4 to 5 in regards to texture. The Auto grab texture without out projector intensity control is a loss of the capability I had in David 4.

I'm scanning using a light tent as well so I have nice flat lighting all around - the texture colour issue seems to come from where the scan overlap, an obvious line where the texture is slightly darker on one side than the other.
