Why my scans having so much noise??

Postby AIMED » Thu May 05, 2016 6:59 am

Hy Guys
I had started playing after very long time with my SLS. I had tried whatever I can but I cant get rid of the noise.
Would anyone suggest me something? Once I got very nice results with 1280x1024, 5FPS. But I cant get same results with even same settings.

Try setting the orientation to either Horizontal or Vertical (depending one you camera placement). And Frequencies to 7 (though this shouldn't have much of an effect).

Thanks Micro
I have a thought on it as well. I have only one negative corner with scale of 280mm. The part size is almost 150mm. I think may be this could be a problem. But my corner scan is bad too.
I made a small corner with A4 prints last night. Will try with it today. Lets see what happen.

The camera's exposure time must fit to the frame rate of the projector (usually 60 Hz, so set the exposure time to 1/60s).
