Has anyone ever used video grabber in Structured Light Setup mode?
I want to test this function with my camera .
I didn't find any information about video grabber .

how can i use this function?

My camera : Canon eos 600d with video resolution up to 1900 x 1080.

Best you use DAVID's 'Search tool' to find answers to your questions. It's top right.

'video grabber' are the magic words.

Hi,
You cannot use "Video Grabber" for Structured Light. It is only for LASER scanning.
You can use "Image Grabber" (search forum) or, as recommended, use direct LIVE camera access.

I was testing quite long time to get video grabber with 1920x1080 video (.mov) from my Canon EOS 600d.
Now i have found this info that it's not working with structured light scanning.

Suggestions:
1. Video grabber should not be availalbe for selection in case SL is selected as HW. This can save lot of time for newcomer (like me).
2. Beside the image grabber the video grabber could be very usefull. Especially for of scanning speed improvement. (Good compromise between better quality than live view and faster speed then image grabber).
