Very good scans of the small objects.
Can you please give us some more informations what hardware you had used. E.g. what camera, projector (with additional lens?), calibration corner.

Regarding „Mother with baby“: How many single scans were necessary?

Thanks.

Hello, thank you for the appreciation. The Madonna and Child Original is 15 cm high. and was recorded with 13 scans your original kit David SLS-1 (Acer K11 + Cam3 without any additional lens). On your manual the pattern of use is wrong, to obtain precise scans of the camera must be lifted from the bar in order to exploit the combination of two angles. There is no use putting it above, below or to the side. The dragon I scanned in 30 minutes. Best regards

Dear Stecma,

Your scans are really great.
can you explain, what exactly you want to say @ position of camera and projector.
(On your manual the pattern of use is wrong, to obtain precise scans of the camera must be lifted from the bar in order to exploit the combination of two angles.)
It would be really helpful.

I'm getting quite good at reading Italian/English, it's quite clear to me.

Stecma is saying the manual is wrong. He is not doing horizontal scanning or vertical scanning he has raised his camera up so he is using a combination of both. The camera is seeing from the side and above the projected image.

Stecma, am I right?

Very good scans by the way, well done. Have you done them without coating them in any way?

Regards Dave

Dear friends, I place the most important things you need to do to get results very precise. There would be others of lower-level software and calibration, but they are a bit 'long to explain, I hope to be useful Regards Paul

I'm pretty sure that's the standard componentry (not sure about the objective) of the David SLS kit Sisi :)
