Im having problems doing an empty scan and Im out of idea as to why the lines do not go smoothly top to bottom. They flash and skip lines in middles without reasons :(
Im using a webcam to capture the sequence (Logitech c910)

I used the 2nd Image (whitest) to calibrate my camera.

Hi,

your internal corner reflects the light from enlighted areas to dark, shadowed areas.
Increase your cam's contrast or/and use an external corner. See: viewtopic.php?f=15&t=2752
