SL cam settings

think there maybe some of you be interested in the next weeks:

Working with SL the cam settings have to be set a bit different than scanning with a laser:

You´ve to set them according the refresh rate of your projector. I get best results setting exposure as close to the refresh time as possible.

Using a global shutter device as a DAVID CCD you´ll notice:

On short exposure (1/179) and rather low light, there´s a strange dim-out /dim-in behaviour:
Even with all auto features disable the cam starts with a normal images>>>dims to black>>> and dims in again.
On normal exposure (1/30 , near to the refresh) all is fine;
On longer exposure (1/16) the cam flickers.

This behaviour seems to be caused by a interference of both device timings (same as: why wheels turn backwards in Western Movies)
