Fantastic work dude! I will be trying this myself this week. Many thanks as the 'nervous line' caused me hours of setup and tinkering to achieve an acceptable (not perfect) simulated line.

Again, many thanks.

Hi Moog,

hmm, hard to say... all looks right to me - (if this is not the actual cam viewing the scene - but if so move closer till the cam sees nothing but the corner covered with markers)

here I posted 2 series of images viewtopic.php?f=3&t=2757#p16030. Can you calibrate on the second images of the two series?

If no, we´ve to look at your settings.
If yes there´s to be something wrong with your corner.

Gunter

Edit: Did you note the negative 90° only at the left calibration pattern definition?

Thanks for the help, i tried your test images, and it calibrated, so i checked my panels, they were slightly out, at the centre, so i re-marked them and managed to get a sucessful calibration with this image,
next, i'll try scanning without the dreaded reflections.....

Nice work

How big were the sheep and the shield in real terms?

Hi,

the sheep's length is 15cm.
Don´t know the dimension of the shield exactly (don´t have it any more). Its width was around 35 cm.

I just made my negative corner. I want to know "is it important to paint the planes? or I can just paste points on planes?

Hi,

think it would ease cam- and eventually projector-calibration if you paint the boards white before fixing the markers.

Deer
Where to find the parameter "nx" and "nz" in version 3.8.1 DL. As for this version set external calibration panel(negative corner)?
