ORDERED DATA and POINT PHASE

Postby RAYA » Mon Jun 29, 2009 10:37 pm

Hi

Does DAVID output ordered data or unordered data ?

As I see obj output file is in polygon phase not in point phase ,is there any possible for DAVID to have point phase
output also ?

Raya

Hi Gunter

I can convert polygon phase to point phase in Geomagic, but wanted to sure that is that really equal to DAVID result
if DAVID give us cloud points file.

In some cases for editting cloudpoints I need to know that the cloudpoints are ORDERED or not ?

Some scanner give ordered point and some not (equal distance for points if exist).

Anyway having cloudpoint as DAVID output can help more for some cases.

Thank you
