Offset Z

heho

Tommorow i have to scan a 2,60m brass statue.
I have ordered 90cm calib pattern on alu sheets.
The print store has cutted the inner edge to short so i have
1,7mm space between the border line an the the border of the alu plate.
Is Hardware Setup > LeftCalibrationPattern > offset_z the paramter to compensate
the 1,7mm ? Or did this dosen`t matter?
The calib pattern plates are not to short the are to long at the inner edge. -)

Hi Milz,
If I understand your problem correctly:
1. If you have not disabled Advanced Settings -> Camera -> Calibration -> CompensatePatternOffset, you don't have to worry about it at all.
2. Otherwise I think LeftCalibrationPattern > offset_z and RightCalibrationPattern > offset_x are the value you need to change. Please change them, then look at the 3D scene (View All), there you can see how the two calibration panels move when you change those values.
