Ive tried different settings and brightness and still fails to calibrate even if all dots have x's. Can anyone help or have suggestions? Thanks.

Your calibration corner looks wrong. Either you have interchanged the left and the right wall or you have mirrored the camera image in the camera settings.
It must look like this:
